How much does it cost to sponsor a child?

Sponsorship is $70 per month ($840 per year). You can either send in yearly, quarterly, or monthly payments.

Does my sponsored child have more than one sponsor?

No, you are the only sponsor for your child. They will know your name, but are not able to contact you personally. You will receive updates, along with photos, several times during the year.

Can I donate to Children of St. Peter without being a sponsor?

Absolutely! Donations that are for the program are used to cover the many other expenses families encounter. When a child or their family has a medical issue, food shortage, or another emergency, we help them. These donations are necessary and used daily.

Can I visit my sponsored child?

Absolutely, in fact Children of St. Peter encourages all sponsors to visit their sponsored child. Visiting your sponsored child offers you the opportunity to meet in person, giving you a life-changing experience seeing firsthand the difference you are making in their life. By being a sponsor, you are a very important part of your child’s family because of the financial sacrifice you make for their family. Airfare varies depending on the flights and season of the year. While you are in-country, approximately $125/day covers your transportation, three daily meals and lodging.
